DriftHangout — Event Participation Waiver & Liability Release

This is the most important legal document you will sign on DriftHangout. Read it carefully.

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge and understand that motor vehicle events (drifting, track days, car meets, drag racing) involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Collision with other vehicles, barriers, or objects
• Mechanical failure or tire blowout
• Loss of vehicle control
• Exposure to exhaust fumes, noise, and debris
• Physical injury, permanent disability, or death

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. I have inspected — or had the opportunity to inspect — the venue and my vehicle, and I am satisfied that conditions are safe enough for my participation.

Waiver and Release

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge DriftHangout, the event Organizer, venue owners/operators, sponsors, officials, staff, volunteers, and all other participants from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any loss, damage, or injury (including death) sustained by me while participating in, traveling to, or returning from this event.

This release applies to claims arising from negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory duty by any of the released parties. This release does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Vehicle Declaration

I declare that:

• I am the legal owner or authorized user of the vehicle I am registering
• My vehicle is in suitable mechanical condition for participation
• I have valid vehicle registration documents
• I accept full responsibility for any damage to my vehicle during the event

Medical Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate. I have no medical conditions that would make my participation dangerous to myself or others, or I have disclosed such conditions to the Organizer. I consent to receive emergency medical treatment if necessary during the event.

Photo / Media Consent

I acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the event. I consent to the use of my likeness in event-related content on DriftHangout and associated social media. I can opt out of marketing use via my profile settings (see the Photo/Media Release).

Governing Law

This waiver is governed by the laws of Pakistan. The enforceability of liability waivers may be subject to judicial discretion in cases of negligence or unsafe conditions.

E-Signature

By typing my full legal name below and clicking "I Agree," I acknowledge I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver. This constitutes a legally binding agreement under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, Section 7. My IP address, timestamp, and device information will be recorded.
